Little positive steps start the journey. Just a couple of things a day and at the end of the week you have done maybe 15-20 things that were positive and for you. I think we also need to identify and shed the "toxic" people in our lives. Cultivate the "nurturing". And reach out and meet new folk. Might be some gems there.
