Many days, with my hectic life, I feel like screaming---but now, they are more positive---because they are 'AH-HA's! Thanks for giving me a chance to see and hear my life in a new way.

Love your SCREAMS-----I hear new things about my own life everyday. This one made me realize that we have opportunities EVERY day to reflect every waking minute----even while we are driving........and, stopping. Thank you so much for your hilarious and heartwarming wisdom. Your insights are often quirky---but they always work.

Peggy, definitely some food for thought. When I read the word stop, I thought of a new habit I am doing when I make stops such as filling the gas tank, stopped at a light or finding a few spare moments between meetings--I take the time to read positive affirmations I have put in a card and carry with me wherever I go. It's a super way to keep positives flowing into my life. I recently heard that we receive approximately 40,000 negative messages a day. Putting in positives wherever possible makes me a better person moving toward my goals.
