Well truthfully I have had men say to me “You are so pretty when you smile” and I’m like “huh, you talkin’ to me”? You’re right dearie turning the corners of your mouth in an upward position will eventually convince you , “hey, I’m havin’ fun” and “I look good”. And why, why, why, is this so freakin hard to remember…and do????

You are right on about this. I have made it a practice for years to vocalize the positive thoughts inside my head. “Nice job” Beautiful skin…love your shirt…I would kill for your hair…I appreciate your kindness…I have been told over and over that those comments have made someone’s day.
